Few weeks ago, I benched 160 the very first time I tried. That’s about 20 pounds more than I weigh.
Last night, I benched 215. Yes, you heard that right. 215.
My friend couldn’t believe it and says he’s never seen anything like that before.
Maybe its all the turkey I ate from Thanksgiving. Who knows…
Anyway, is there anyone out there who benches a lot more than they weigh or am I the strongest skinny dude EVAR???
