Did Anyone Do the 531 Beach Challenge?

This looks so cool: 5/3/1 Beach Body Challenge

Anyone do it?

I made modest strength gains off that program, but got shredded. Definitely worth a try if you have time.

I found that my workouts were lasting 90-120 min, closer to 120 most of the time, but I was also taking decent rest periods.

This is offset by only having 3 training days.

I’m starting it next week.

I didn’t find myself having the same results. Perhaps it’s time for me to revisit

Just started week four. Don’t be stupid (like me) and keep doing hill sprints. Seemed all right the first couple weeks but week three and I didn’t agree at all. That being said, I’m really enjoying it. Kinda boring but don’t really mind because I’ve put on a few pounds of muscle, am staying lean, and most importantly hitting some solid reps with decent weights.
