Did 3 Cycles, Off 20 Days. Should I Repeat the Last Cycle?

This is my first post so please don’t be too hard on me.

I have run the 5/3/1 program for 3 cycles. I made the workouts myself after reading 5/3/1 second edition and beyond 5/3/1. This is what I have been doing looks like:

I have stopped training for 20 days due to holidays. In this period I have been eating completely random, but I know for sure I ate very little protein.

Tomorrow I will restart training and eating decently. I’m not really keen on testing my maxes again. Do you think I should repeat the last cycle or increase the weights as always and start the next one?

when in doubt there is no doubt. I didn’t even read your post, just the title of the thread. If you doubt you’re ready to move on, take a step back. In the grand scheme of things (years of training), a few weeks back will not hinder your progress. Lower your TM and start over.

Thank you Marc for your answer and for putting me in the right perspective.
I just did my workout without increasing my TM and it definitely was the right thing to do.
