@Christian Thibaudeau - This is completely off topic and might or might not piss you off. But for your “Diamond Calves and Old school exercises” article is it possible to substitute weighted smith machine calf raises instead of the standing calf raise machine. Because I dont have access to a standing calf raise machine at my gym. And what is a good number of times to perform that workout every week for someone who has absolutely NO VISIBLE CALVES at all.
