Tore some things and relocated my right collar bone a little higher then the left last June. It has taken about a year to heal, partially from trying to press to hard to soon and re-injuring everything. My shoulder now has imbalances and weakness I need to fix. My weight went up and endurance went down. Priorities right now are to up the conditioning and rehab and strength shoulder.
Just thought I would stop in and say great training man. I dig the videos, and best of luck with your recovery. Your strength is pretty badass now, and should be totally sick once your shoulder healthy. Stay strong dude, I’ll be following.
Thanks. The videos have been lacking as we had to move some videos around. Hopefully soon we with have a new page with current videos. The rehab is going well but it seems the stronger you get the harder it is to stay healthy and recover.
