Ok my dextrose, 1\3 cup is 75 grams, so 1\4 is around 56.
I’m looking to use 50, or 25 grams. more improtantly the 25g.
Now is 1 teaspoon 5 grams?
I always thought it was, making 1 TBSP 15 grams.
Please help me out on this.

You could always buy a scale. Not a bad idea if you’re in the game for any length of time. They’re pretty inexpensive for crap ones, and you can get better ones as your budget allows.
don’t confuse volume and mass. substances have different densities so their volumes might be the same but the mass much different. what you want is mass. A scale is a great device. my 60cc scoop gets a about 40 grams dextrose. laters pk
hmm… I have a scale at home, not one here at school. I’m going to have to go off of the calculations of 1\3 cup is 75 grams. 1\4 cup being around 56 grams.
