Determining Daily calorie intake

Does anyone have the formulae for determining calorie intake and the METS values for typical daily activities of the average lifter. This should give a good range of answers. If you dont have these you should! It really takes the hit & miss out of dieting. I have some and will bring them in and post them here soon but for now please offer your Info.

The ACSM’s Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription offers a pretty extensive list of MET values for various activities. Do I want to type them all? No. Oh well, I guess this is the kind of response you get when you ask a question to which you already know the answer…
