I’m bulking, weigh 237 naked, and am 6’6", 13% bf
Started 6 Weeks ago, same height(obviously), same body fat weighed 227.5 naked.

Is there anything I should change or eat differently. Thanks so much!

By the way the first number is the grams and the second number is the calories i.e.

In protein 59g is the gram of protein, 236 is the calories.

In carbs there re 47 g of carbs and 188 calories.

In fat there are 16g. for 144 calories.\

One more question, grape seed oil seems to be high in poly sat fat and omega 3’s. Is that okay to eat instead of flax seed oil?

I’m not sure, but I think you should eat more calories. I mean, maybe you know what’s best for you, but for your size I think that 3600 is too little (for bulking).

I’m going to increase the diet to about 200 cals every 2 weeks until I reach 4600. It’s kind of tough to eat more with such a busy schedule. Thanks for the advice though.

In my amateur opinion: I agree. 4600 is a good number to shoot for, maybe more (I still can’t stomach any more than 4k). Also, you should try to get some more complex carbs into your lunch and 3-hour-pre meals. I’m not sure how many hours you sleep but you may want to try to jam another meal in there.

I’m about the same size as you (6’6" 241 maybe 15%BF), and 4600cal would be too much for me. I maintain around 3200 so I gain around 3600. If you have gained ten pounds in 6 weeks, and are as lean as you were when you started, just keep doin’ what you’re doin’. If you start gaining too much fat, then back off the cals a little.

I would get another meal in there, but don’t necessarily change your macros or calorie total. Eat more veggies.

I’ve been doing carb cycling for the past 6 weeks and I have gained about 8 pounds and I’m about as lean as I was before. (Though a little smoother on the high carb days.)
