Destroying the Fat + Carb Cycling?


I want to start a diet/training program to get ripped. After reafing a lot of articles on nutrition and training I decided to go for a combination of CT’s Carb cycling methods and his Destroying The Fat training aproach. Any thoughts, comments or tips are welcome.

Sounds like a terrible idea when you’re 175ish and 5’10.

Just eat clean(er) and continue with what you’re doing and possibly add in some various forms of cardio
