Hey coach i read your article, and i wanna try to train that way. my question is what kind of nutrition would you recommend for this. i was thinking carb cycling with high days being those with heavy lifting, medium with lactate inducing, and low with off days.
im currently 202 lbs at 5’8 and 18% BF. im carb sensitive also. my PRs on lifts are 440 squat, 485 on deadlift, and 275 on bench ( currently only bench is near, im recovering from a ACL reconstruction so squat and dead are at 50% )
