My full-body workout (3x a week) is as follows:

Will this be good for a beginner?
Id go read and pick one of the programs in the Are You a Beginner thread. It will have clear sets reps, rest and progression that you lack. Do one of them to completion gain the experience and do another etc etc all the while learning and asking questions
they are all good lifts; but its all about how you set it up
a full body workout should include:a pusha pulla pressa quad/ham and two isolations
