Hmmmm… tough one. I’d have to say the best of John Lee Hooker. Other contenders would be the best of Muddy Waters, best of Howlin’ Wolf, the Robert Johnson collection (which has all 29 of his known recordings) or any one of the House of Blues “Essential Blues” collections. A man simply cannot go wrong with the blues classics.

Anyone else out there in t-mag-land a fan of the Blues?
