Dense Foods - No Dairy or Grain


anyone out there have some high calorie foods that aren’t dairy or grain based, that require no preparation? my top ones are lactaid milk (sorta dairy), walnuts/other nuts, candy (real healthy), bananas.

any additions to the list?

Any of your oils, not so lean meats, avocado, can you have rice, potato, sweet potato, buckwheat flour, almond flour, coconut.
