just a quick question. Would delta 1250 be a good diet to use mag 10 since it’s short duration mass cycles or not because the diet part would be too much to keep gains. I was thinking mag 10 on overeating phase, methoxy 7 and M on undereating phase. Hot rox throughout. Sounds reasonable to me, but want to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting supp money.
cals would have to be higher on the mag10 pahse then back to normal/maintenance on the methoxy pahse.
note that you old maintenace will probably be hypocaloric after mag 10 anyway, so dont cut below this figure or you will lose gains
I hated the ABCDE diet, never tried the d1250.
