Delta 1250 for fat loss

I know the Delta 1250 diet is for muscle gain while keeping bodyfat in check. but i want to reverse the number of overeating and undereat,
like -750cal for undereating & +500cal for overeating period, i hope that can help me lost fat while maintain muscles. anyone have idea on this??

and one more adjustment, i want to do the undereating period for 5 days and overeating period for 2 days only. is it ok? because my training is 3on, 1off, 1on, 2off. i want to overeat for that 2 continuous off days.
