Hey All,
Been pinning a bit more than usual in delts, I’ve had some shoulder issues in the past (shoulders pulled forward from chest/back imbalance). But i’ve noticed that when i pin delts (specifically right delt with the pain) that pain in my front delt flares up a bit and starts to click etc.
Has anyone had similar experience or anything that may help with this? It only really happens when i get soreness from the injection.
