Delt/Pec Injury Question

I was doing 4 sets of 6 reps on incline dumbbell, heavy.
On the 4th set, I think I was too pumped from Slipknot in my headphones, and on 2nd rep, either brought it down too fast or wide, or both.
I felt a 3 stage pain in front delt/pec tie area. I hate to say it, almost a tearing. But not torn pec, no bruising. I week later I was doing lying tricep extensions with easy curl and I could feel pain, run from front delt/pec tie in area, down my bicep a few inches.
is that a tendon?
I first thought I strained my pec, would a strained pec reach down the bicep a bit?
