Hello ladies and gents, I’m hoping you can give me a little direction here. I’ve been on CT’s HSS 100 program for the last 12 weeks and am coming to the end. I havent taken time off in a while and think I’m due. I was curious how some of you set up a deloading phase and what you have done in the past that has worked well. Thanks in advance.
I don’t use set deloads, but take them when my body tells me. I usually just skip the main movement and hit assistance exercises.
