Deloading for Meet on Aug. 26?

So how and when should i start deloading since my meet is on Aug. 26?

Don’t deadlift heavy 2 weeks out, Do light dynamic 1 week out.

Like lighter than normal.

Jack Reap wrote a great article on this. His plan is 14 weeks long but the final 4 weeks should help you peak for the meet by following his advice.
