After 12 weeks on this plan I would like to keep such high frequency. So for progressing I should do a deload week.
In this case is based on regular reps, isn’t it? or is based on cut the volume but not intensity?
Should I keep the same split? or use a traditional BB split
how many sets or rep scheme I should use to keep strength and size? Specially since I did:
A. strength portion
Several weeks from 6x2 to the last 3 with ladders wave
B.C.D.E always getting the first to failure set between 6 and 10.
The strength portion is very important in this moments for me to keep strength up, but I’m not sure how to program all the training in a deload week.
