Deload Between Beyond 1.1 and 1.2?


Hey Jim, and everyone,
I'm nearly through 1.1 of the Beyond program I saw on here and loving it so far. I was wondering if there is any need to DeLoad between 1.1 and 1.2 etc, or whether the week of 5x5 on all exercises will be enough before I add to my TM's?
I know it doesn't say de-load, but I was just curious as to whether it was implied as most other 4 week blocks end in a de-load


Do the program EXACTLY as outlined - there is a built in “deload”.
