Deload week this week usually do 3x5 at 60% anyone see any problem with doing another 2x5 so 5x5 at 60% of tm? Usual day is pr set + fsl 5x5. Thanks.

To recover for the next phase of training. I get your point i spose just the temptation to do a little bit more. Will just stick to the 3x5 as is working. Whats your opinions on joker sets and how often to use them? Days that pr’s are set? Every 6 weeks? Thanks mate
