I came buckets while reading this thread.

do you guys remember what age you got to when getting laid just became part of your life and not something you felt the need to subtly brag about?

We have no way of knowing if they even fucked in the first place. If neither remembers and there is no observable evidence, they can’t know for certain either.
Yup but then at least there’d be no doubt in his mind…

well it wasn’t as funny as a troll thread where I pretend I’ve had a false rape allegation made against me, but then what is?

Incidentally, OP, whenever I see your name attached to a post, I imagine it being spoken by a well-endowed woman to her brassiere.

“Just lift, bra.”
My girl saw this picture on my screen and accused me of looking at porn while we were talking.

I only do that w/ my mom… god.

Condom could be in one of several places. One of those places is notorious for hiding used condoms.
LOL! Indeed. Now to determine if he was the server or receiver.

We need to get this kid on Jersey Shore.

Probably not a good idea to reuse them. But anyway, I’ve always found these kinds of stories dubious. If you were so drunk you don’t remember anything I doubt you would’ve been in any state to have sex. You would’ve been passed out blowing bubbles with your own vomit.

Alochol wasn’t the only factor involved…

Then what? A head injury after the fact? Any other drug you were on with or without alcohol that caused you complete memory loss would also render you in a state wholly unfit for getting anything up. So what “other factors?”

Let me qualify that by saying you’re just drunk because I don’t know shit about what other drugs might do.
Gotta go with edge here. I mean, the mechanics down stairs stop working for me before the remember nothing about the night stage - if we’re talking alcohol.

I think she-male roofie scenario or you just cuddled and talked about your feelings, which was just so sweet and different, you know?
x 3.

So, who raped who?
with the facts presented (assuming the girl was also drunk), they technically ‘raped’ each other.

however, only OP would be held accountable, as women are generally not treated like adults by the justice system in these situations.
It’s even worse than this. 'forced to penetrate" is not considered rape at all. In fact there were no nationwide statistics on rape before 2013 because rape was officially defined excluding men until then. Legally you cannot be raped as a man in the United States unless you are penetrated.

I was referring more to the case of ‘County of San Luis Obispo V. Nathaniel J.’ which essentially established that women are legally allowed to rape little boys, not be punished, but instead receive child support from said little boys (who, in this case, was too young to legally be employed).

By definition, rape involves penetration of genitals/anus (stare raping excluded :p). Men can be raped and women can be rapists of both sexes. There are sexual assault offences to fall back on but I see this difficult to prove.

In related news, there was a professional rugby player who decided that on a few occasions, in the middle of a tackle, he’d insert (or attempt to insert) his finger into the player he was tackling (we’re not talking his ear)

Caught on TV, it was generally treated with humour - no idea why rape charges weren’t laid by police.

I’m going to sleep peacefully tonight knowing that Walkway is here to handle this pressing dilemma and guide Justliftbrah to a sensible course of action.

You’re in good hands, OP.
