I am coming up to my first show on November 3rd and i was wondering if anyone had any good advice on dehydration protocol’s. should i cut water and sodium load up until 3 days out?
there was an article on this site a while back called something like “6 days to shredded” that might help
I’ve never personally done this, but I’d put my trust in what Shelby Starnes says. He knows his stuff when it comes to getting shredded as all fuck for a show.
