I have been looking at DeFranco’s 6 week vertical program:

I have modified it slightly to include more oly lifts and plyo movements. I’m not sure if it is too much volume. The template looks like this:
A Power Clean/Snatch
B Jumping Plyo Movement
C ME/DE Exercise
D Supplemental Lift
DeFranco only uses 3 exercises each lower body session, so I’m not sure how this will work.
I am doing a modified westside routine, with both a ME and DE day each week for lower body. My goal is mainly to increase vertical and also first step quickness and speed for basketball.
