DeFranco's Agile 8

Hi Guys,

Has anyone tried incorporating the Agile 8 into their daily routines and if so can you give me any idea how long it took to make a difference and also what your condition was like at yhe time you strarted using it?

The reason i ask is i have an imbalane which seems to be something like pirifomis syndrome where there is an imbalance which looks something like the attached diagram!

have started stretching the hamstrings, lower back, piriformis etc daily but now i have founf the Agile 8 it looks like the kind of thing that definitely will work.
