Deficit Trap Bar, Recovery Intrusive Deadlift?


Does using a trap bar from a deficit with the main emphasis on my quads still fall under the deadlift guidelines you shared in your recent article? The trap bar is my go to for my primary squat pattern. Depending on your feedback, I may need to dial back the volume of my work
