hey y’all. I think I know the answer but I will ask anyway.
I built a little platform to trap bar deadlift on. 33lbs plates are the tallest I use so the pulls are really out of a hole. I do the 5 and 3 like this but move to a regular bar for the 1+ part. It makes the 1+ a lot easier.
I guess as long as the weight increases it is ok.
