You know it’s not the deep frying that’s really that bad. It is the type of fat that is used. Of course the high temperatures can be harmful, the trans fats used are horrible. Of course now that trans fats are banned we’ve moved to interesterified fats, which have so far shown to be even worse. I guess indirectly it is the downfall.
