Decreasing BF Without Losing Muscle?

There are many different sources online that tell you how to lose fat and many that tell you how to gain muscle. I want to do both and I need some input. My last cycle was Var 50 mg 6 weeks ED. That was about 5 weeks ago. I finally got a six pack. I then started to bulk before a summer cut down and in turn lost the six pack. I like the size of my arms right now but I’m afraid if I try to cut naturally, I’ll lose the size in my arms.

Any advice

stats: 5’9 175 10% BF

bench: 275lbs max

Take it slow. Natty’s prepping (lately) often have a longer contest prep because they take it very slow to conserve muscle mass. And carb cycling.

gain strength and progress on weights, maintain youre body weight. You should see a comp change that way, not that this is ideal or even realistic, this is just another one of those universal questions thats not going to be answered simply silly

I remember you.
How’s that whole “eating good and lifting weights” thing I suggested in your last thread like this going?

I see you chose to run another cycle even though, just a few months ago, you started a thread about how bad you messed up your last one.
Interesting.

Well, here ya go:

Part 2 - Nutrition For Newbies

Please brotha, take the info in those articles and apply it EVERY day for at least a year.
I promise you, on my mother’s life I promise you, that you will see fantastic gains.
You just have to stop being so erratic, this is a slow and steady game, even when you give it all in the gym every day like you should, it’s going to take a long time of appreciable work to build a noteworthy physique.

Do YOU have any fucking self control to do things the right way without being a lazy ass and taking a fucking shortcut?

Fuck. I was going to just pass this one by but you pretty much didnt learn shit from the last time you asked advice. take steroids when you’re actually ready and doing things right instead of trying to short cut good habits and consistent work.
