decline vs incline presses etc...

chrismcl, I am so used to that sort of thing that it doesn’t bother me anymore. Most people don’t understand training at all and can’t imagine anyone doing things differently than they do. Every day I’m mixing up what I do in some way and there’s always someone telling me I’m dong a funny looking exercise or my grip is wrong. I think it took me a while before I just went about my business and didn’t pay much attention to others in the gym.
