Well, actually, I am leaning towards a lean bulk. I'm 23, ~185, 5'11". I believe that I'm around 14-15%bf. Most of that fat seems to be concentrated in my abdomen region, and that has where it's been for the last couple of years. I'm working out 4-5 days a week and do a small amount of cardio 1-2x a week, sometimes just a short walk after my workout, and I bike 1 mile to and from the gym.
What I am not sure of is if I need to cut and lose weight in order to lose the excess fat in that region, or do a clean bulk. I would rate my nutrition as a B...I'm getting about 1g of protein per/lb of bw, I'm working on increasing that. I keep carbs below, though close to 100g. Fat is around 80-90g. My protein is basically the same each day...eggs, chichen, meat, and whey protein isolate pwo. Based off of this info my inclination is that I need to eat more. I am just not confident enough in my own knowledge and thus need some verification and input.
