Decent Squat While Losing Weight

So as an old fat man decided was time to trim up. I am down from about 222 to 212 and could still stand to drop 10 more pounds. Yesterday I got 425lbs squat for 3 reps with just my belt. Not record shattering by any stretch but twice bodyweight below parallel squat for a triple was a nice start to this week.
