Decent Protein Bar?

You could make your own. Save money and ditch all the ingredients you can’t pronounce. Gourmet Nutrition by Berardi has a great recipe for peanut butter bars.

Well I only use bars when I have no other choice, just shell out the money for a box of 20 for these in case of emergencies. The quest bars are pretty tasty as well.

i replace the margarine w/ coconut oil, the brown sugar with some splenda, add an extra egg white or two, and replace the milk with water and mix like 4-5 scoops of unflavored whey in it. lately i’ve been adding a small can of pumpkin and some cinnamon too. delish.
