Decent IPhone App for Tracking Workouts?

Specifically one that can handle complicated workouts like those designed by CT or CW? Capable of tracking supersets, tempo, advanced techniques, different rest intervals and notes. Cardio tracking ability would be nice as well.
Thanks,
Marc

Pen and paper is quick, effective, and you won’t kill your workout by fiddling with a touch screen covered in sweat.

Geez, that sure is a lot of complicated stuff you’re doing.

Good memory: 1 … Uhhh…

I don’t want to fiddle around with gadgets during my workout. I used to use pen and paper when I did a lot of volume. Which says alot since I work with and love technology. Ever since I started ramping, I just remember the #'s from my top set and put them in google doc’s when I get a chance.

check out ifitness it is decent
