I've torn my rotator cuff in martial arts 3 times now, and I am now taking rehab very seriously. A couple of fighters in my gym adviced me to do deca / growth to promote recovery, and also to strengthen the joint.
Now, I've never done a cycle and this is my first post in a steroid forum. I do realize that there's a lot of posts from newbies who haven't done the proper research, but I find the web a wildly confusing place when it comes to reliable steroid information, especially with regards to injury. I'm basically looking for guidance to valid sources where I can read about this issue.
