He competes in strongman, I’m not sure if they have tires or stones there or anything, but I’ve heard that CrossFit is usually PL friendly cuz they’ll let you dead. Thanks for the info man, I will have to see exactly where it is and go by to see what its like. Be worth the trip just to get a personal look at it and see what they got going on.
Cool vid man. I got my own good set up in my gym in the basment and I love it, although I guess I havent trained with someone in so long I don’t even know what that kind of atmosphere would be like.
No offense to the vid or anything though, but damn I don’t like those ultra wide stance squats!
Complaining about school and work and blah blah blah is a GARBAGE excuse, when I was in Iraq I worked a 12hr shift at night 7 days a week, and the gym was about a 15-20 minute walk and I still went to the gym and trained for 2 hours, this ended up giving me 6 hours to sleep (only usually slept for 4 of them). Yeah that sucked but I was able to do it, and those were some of the the best workouts I had, I was setting a lot of PRs. I wasn’t about to stop training or cut my workouts short
