Squat: 285x1 (from awhile ago, hoping for 315x1 at the end of this cycle)
Bench: 195x2 (same story as squat, 215+ at end of cycle hopefully)
Deadlift: 365x2 (same story, 400+ at end of cycle)
Goals for now:
Squat 315
Bench 225
Deadlift 405
Go to regions in the 172 class for wrestling

Long term goals:
2000+ raw total in any way shape or form
A bigger then that equipped total
I run conjugate programming currently, but have run 5/3/1 and SS and a bunch of other stuff in the past. Like training like this and make consistent progress.
