Just wondering if anybody has made any adjustments for the deadlift on the beyond 531:training maximally program? It seems that i overtrain my lower back when including the joker sets even though I dont include any backoff sets. Would maybe just doing the TM top set be enough? suggestions?
Do 3’s progression - and cap all PR sets. Also, no down sets. Those make your deadlift smell like shit.
Do back raises, sit-ups and tons of jumps and throws. Fruitcakes believe in isolation of the CNS.
