Deadlifts & Trenbolone 4 the Win

I’m a deadlift only guy that trains upper body just to be jacked as fuck.
My PR is 735lbs@260lbs from 8 months ago, 2 months ago i pulled 700lbs@225lbs from a 3" deficit.
Goals: in 10 weeks to be under 220lbs BW and in 12 weeks to pull 725+ lbs from 1" deficit.
Body weight right now is a bloated 235lbs.

Training:
Low frequency conjugate method for deadlifts.
Bodybuilding (ish) workouts for upper body.

Diet:
Starting @ 2600kcal 100-150 grams of protein per day.
Upping cardio (LISS) and/or lowering calories by need.
Daily weight in and weekly avg.

Sleep:
Gonna track sleep too, goal is 7-9 hrs 4-5 times a week and 5 hrs on weekends.

You’re only using 30mg/test per week? Seems about 1/3 as much as you would need to feel decent.

Because of high e2 and me not wanting to use AI I prefer a low dose. 10mg ED would be optimal but I don’t want to pin daily so I settle for less then optimal. (20mg MWF also gave me a bit of high e2 because of less stable levels).

How come such low protein relative to your bodyweight?

Additionally, having 1600 kcal out of the 2600 kcal total calories coming from ice cream is something that needs to be addressed. If this is reflective of a normal day of eating, it is pretty bad IMO.

You don’t eat your first meal till 1pm? Actually it looks like you only real meal?

High protein just makes me feel sick, anything above 0.7g/lb protein hinders my recovery, gives me fever and makes me softer. its been like this for years.

You think this nutrition and sleep pattern is going to get you “jacked as fuck”? Do you not know that recovery is based on nutrient dense foods coupled with REM quality sleep?

No amount of drugs is going to get you the results you want when nutrition is the limiting factor. And why in the hell would you knowingly choose to skip legs? You do realize the the gym world will mock you for that and women still want to see powerful legs and butt attached to the jacked upper body, right?

I’m already jacked & strong on low doses.
My way works, come back in 12 weeks.

OK, then imagine what would happen if you ate eggs, red meat, oat meal, peanut butter, green veggies, fresh fruit, whole milk, chicken, pasta, etc. etc… AND slept a solid 8 hours/night

No argument there. But… what about your “insides”. Plenty of real jacked guys drop dead at an early age. I think @studhammer is alluding to this plus the fact that you would probably be “more jacked” with proper nutrition and sleep.
