Deadlifts Plus Rack Pulls Plus SLD

Does anyone think it is okay to SLD rack and deadlift all in the same day which would be wednesdays?? and squat monday and friday is this overtrain??

I know I couldn’t do it.

I do all 3 quite often. What I have found works well for me is to figure how many work sets I was going to do lets say 8 total. Then I’ll do 4 deadlifts, 4 rack pulls and then do some light SLDL for an accessory movement.
