I have been apprehensive to deadlift for the last month or so because I had a pinched nerve in my L-5. I have gone through chiropractic treatment and have been doing light lower back work. What is an appropriate time frame to begin light deadifting?
How old are you? What did your chiro say? Why are you deadlifting? yeah, yeah, it's a great exercise but make sure you balance the risk/reward.
