Deadlift

Hello.
I’ve training for 6months and now (I think its late but.) I wanna try to do deadlifts for obvious reasons. Is there like a video for different excercises in this website or can someone post one or link one.

I don’t know what you guys think, but to me it doesn’t look like the guy in that video is finishing the deadlift. He’s not really pushing the hips through using the glutes. You can see this in people who have really underactive glutes (the majority of the population). That last inch or so is important because it’s where the glutes are most involved.

I agree Matt, but it does at least show form that cause a beginner to injure themselves. Back with firm arch, head, lift through legs. Should give a basic outline on how to do it. I read the articles posted and that really helped too.
