It looks like you are making some good progress, but don’t get too caught up in setting timelines for PRs. Just aim to make continuous progress.

You could probably get 4 or 5 reps if you don’t waste so much energy with the last couple warm up sets. If I was working up to 480x3, my last warm up would be around 435-445 for 1 or 2 reps at most.
