Just wondering if people had any thoughts on how to categorize a deadlift. Do most people treat this as a lower body bilateral movement or an upper body pull.
I think it depends on what variation of deadlift. If you are doing a sumo, romanian or stiff leg deadlift, then those are definitely are on lower body days. I use rack/partial deadlifts on back day. Conventional deadlifts can go either way in my opinion and depend on the rest of your routine.
Also depends on your split. Seems like your doing a push/pull/legs? I'd put it on back day and keep back day and leg day as far apart as possible.
