447 @ 205…but if I try any heavier I blackout.So I stopped deadlifting.That was after about 3 months work.What a drag, I found something I was good at.I could Romanian dead 315 for 15 reps. But at the time, with those numbers, I couldnt squat 300 once.And it took me YEARS to bench 300…I mean waaaay too many years.

Been seriously doing deads for only about 4 weeks, so it’s not exactly stellar, but I’m working on it- and it’s getting rapidly better. The first time I tried I could only do like 95. Now-
200 @ 130- bleh.
