Deadlift Is Regressing

honestly, all I’m getting from this is that your feel sucks. That, and you probably had a bad day.

But all that being said, it sounds like you have mostly stalled. I doubt you’ve actually regressed, but even if you haven’t, you’re still about where you were.

I think your programming is fine. Have you run different assistance templates? That can jump start growth. Your diet may also not be very good. I’m assuming you’re not tracking macros, since you’re not tracking bodyweight. If you’re basing whether or not you’ve gained bodyweight on memory and not an actual log, that’s a problem.

You’re not particularly heavy for your height. So my overall assessment leads me to believe 2 things: you probably need to start tracking macros, you probably need to change what you eat, and you probably need to eat more.

I find once I get to 85%, every rep feels like a max effort lol. Keep pushing, once you pass the newb weights deadlifts suck balls, especially if you have long legs. It’s all about attitude.
