'Deadlift Friend or Foe' Application for Squats?



ok so today realised how terrible my squatting form is...

I want to hammer down technique whilst building up my quads.

do you think the deadlift friend or foe article workout schedule would work for squats where technique and hypertrophy are the goal?

-would you change anything for squats? (i know you recommend high loading % for high pulls trained this way)
