try to arch your back more to keep the spine, esp. lumbar region, in a neutral position to the hip

also (this varies for every lifter, different proportions etc), i would try to lean a little bit back at the start of the pull, to bring the shoulders behind or at least directly over the bar

Ya your lower back is too bent over try to keep it more straight. Maybe squat down a bit more, but not too much, to help with it if you need to.

I agree with the other posters. You are basically doing a romanian deadlift off the floor, which is fine, when you are really pushing the weight. But that looked very easy for you so you want to have better form weight weight that light for yourself.

Your hips should be higher than your knees, your shoulders should be higher than your hips, keep your chest puffed out, keep your arms long.
