Deadlift Form

i’m 20 and have been lifting sumo for about 1.5 yrs and decided to try conventional again for a workout. most i ever pulled was 425 sumo and did 435 conventional in the first workout i did conv deadlift in over a year. I’m pretty sure my form is bad. butt moves up before weight moves, and other things im sure. Ways to fix this and muscular weaknesses that cause this would be appreciated. thanks

I’d say lower the hips on the initial pull, and pull back more overall.
